Epsilon Inc. is proud to announce its partnership with the Department of Energy (DOE) Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) to support the strategic goals of the organization as it evolves its technology posture. Through this partnership, Epsilon will support WAPA and its Infrastructure Operations, Support Services (Tier I & II), Network Monitoring and Management, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) support, Software Maintenance and Development, Cybersecurity, IT Project Management, Database Administration, and Enterprise Solution Architecture. Epsilon has also initiated 24/7 engineering and security support to enhance WAPA’s IT service management and increase service availability to its customers. Epsilon’s support team will be based at WAPA’s Lakewood, CO headquarters and will cover each of WAPA’s five regional offices, 25+ smaller sites, and a multitude of substations across 15 western states.

We have improved service efficiency, cross-team communication efforts, and customer satisfaction.
