Epsilon, Inc. (Epsilon) is pleased to announce a task order with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Digital Infrastructure Services Center (DISC) to provide IT Support Services. This task order has a 9.5 year period of performance with a total capacity of $248M. This task order was awarded via the General Service Administration’s (GSA) Veterans Technology Services 2 (VETS 2), an OMB Tier 3 Best-in-Class contract vehicle which is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) aligning with the Biden- Harris reform to increase equity and level the playing field for underserved small business owners.

The scope of work includes 24×7/365 support services operations Data Center Professional Information Technology Services across supporting DISC and all their customers. Our team will be filling DISC’s need for maintaining operations, traditional or legacy services, and to innovate at an accelerated pace to meet our customer requirements for 7 functional areas that include Data Center Facilities, Infrastructure Operations, Applications/Database/Data Integration, Security Operations, Architecture Support, Innovation, and Future Onboarding Support.
