Account Managers are essential liaisons between the internal Epsilon team and our clients to promote the success of all parties. An average day: As Account Manager II, you will maintain existing customer accounts, acknowledge and take care of their needs, and ensure their overall satisfaction. You will deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to customers to ensure they understand the services that Epsilon is providing and the technology gaps that they have and need to budget for. You will promote company services or products to attract and develop new accounts, and work with customers to collaborate and cross-pollinate. You will work with the Customer Engagement Manager on ways to interact with customers and develop ways to creatively market Epsilon. Additionally, in this position you will: Focus on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with portfolio of assigned customers. Communicate regularly with current and potential customers, through all forums, to determine their needs, offer support, and find solutions to issues. Act as the primary liaison between customers and Epsilon’s internal help desk and project teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Epsilon solutions and services according to customer needs and objectives, within the prescribed budget. Call upon assigned customers to introduce them to Epsilon’s products and services and discuss the desirability and practicality of the products and how their business can benefit from the services offered. Work closely with assigned customers with the delivery of quarterly business reviews of their Epsilon support contracts and IT asset summary, identify gaps in IT services, and deliver proposals for products and services. Prepare and deliver targeted presentations of the company’s products or services, prepare bids, and close sales. Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Forecast and track key account metrics. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field or 3-5 years of experience in a related field such as account management, marketing, or outside sales. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate and influence with credibly to customers, potential customers and across the organization, including executive and C-level. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Strong attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage competing priorities.
