Happy belated 2018! Epsilon generally has a lull during the holidays where we have the opportunity to reflect on the past and to begin preparation for the new year. In 2017 we were completely slammed through the holiday season, so we are a little behind in getting some announcements out. So, in the tradition of ‘better late than never,’ here we go!
This last year has brought some major (and welcome) changes for the company. These were great accomplishments for the team that were the result of years of sustained efforts.
Epsilon was awarded several new Prime government contracts, including GSA’s VETS 2 GWAC, the Navy Higher Education Information Technology Support Contract, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office IT Infrastructure Modernization project, and the recompete of our Marine Corps University IT Support Services.
Our commercial business support offering is continuing to grow. This year we surpassed 100 commercial business clients, and expanded our services to those clients to improve support for ongoing cybersecurity compliance.
Epsilon also opened an office in Arlington, VA to better support the Washington DC Metro region. This office better serves our Government and Commercial customers, as well as Epsilon employees and industry partners based in the DC area.
We also completed our largest project ramp-up to date by standing up a specialized Call Center near our Headquarters in Weaverville, NC. Epsilon submitted 174 candidates for security clearance processing in support of this effort and built out a new call center location—all within 30 days’ notice.
We wish to thank our customers, industry partners, and dedicated employees for an excellent 2017. We look forward to continued innovations during 2018!
