In 2025, Epsilon was acquired by AMERICAN SYSTEMS, expanding the company’s managed IT and multi-tenant service delivery capabilities. Today, Epsilon operates as part of AMERICAN SYSTEMS, contributing specialized managed IT and cybersecurity expertise within an employee-owned, mission-focused, and quality-driven culture.
