Peter, a U.S. Naval Academy grad and service-disabled veteran with a rich background in cybersecurity, and Eric, a savvy professional in recruiting, shared a common belief: the IT industry was ripe for a revolution. They envisioned a company that would not only offer superior outsourced IT and cybersecurity services but would also embody a spirit of innovation and empowerment, particularly for government and compliance-based organizations that were navigating an increasingly complex digital landscape.In the heart of Weaverville, N.C., in 2009, Epsilon was born—a beacon of pioneering IT solutions, founded on the principles of ingenuity and integrity. The company's mission was clear: to do IT differently, to challenge the status quo, and to build a legacy of excellence. As Epsilon's reputation for delivering cutting-edge and reliable services grew, so did the need to expand its reach. In 2018, to be at the forefront of federal agency support, Epsilon established a strategic outpost in Crystal City, VA, within the pulsing hub of the Washington, DC Metro area. Then, in 2021, recognizing the burgeoning potential of the Southeast, Epsilon planted its flag in Greenville, S.C., further solidifying its presence as a leader in the IT domain. Today, Epsilon stands as a trusted partner to over 120 businesses and 12 government agencies. With a robust team of more than 300 employees, Epsilon's influence spans across 12 states and four countries. The company's growth is a reflection of its unwavering commitment to excellence, a testament to the power of a simple conversation between two friends who dared to dream big.
