In the rugged embrace of towering cliffs, two friends – Peter and Eric – found themselves perched on a precipice—not just of the rock face they were scaling but of a groundbreaking business venture. As they ascended the craggy terrain during a rock-climbing trip, their conversation took a turn from casual banter to a visionary dialogue about the future of IT services. Peter, a U.S. Naval Academy grad and service-disabled veteran with a rich background in cybersecurity, and Eric, a savvy professional in recruiting, shared a common belief: the IT industry was ripe for a revolution. They envisioned a company that would not only offer superior outsourced IT and cybersecurity services but would also embody a spirit of innovation and empowerment, particularly for government and compliance-based organizations that were navigating an increasingly complex digital landscape.

2009

In the heart of Weaverville, N.C., Epsilon Inc. was born—a beacon of innovative IT solutions, founded on the principles of ingenuity and integrity. The company’s mission was clear: to do IT differently, to challenge the status quo, and to build a legacy of excellence. As Epsilon’s reputation for delivering cutting-edge and reliable services grew, so did the need to expand its reach.

Epsilon strategically expanded its footprint by establishing a key office in Crystal City, Virginia, a vibrant business district within Arlington County. This new location, situated in the heart of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, positions Epsilon to better serve federal agencies and tap into the region’s thriving government contracting ecosystem. The proximity to key decision-makers and federal headquarters enhances Epsilon’s ability to forge stronger relationships, respond swiftly to agency needs, and provide tailored solutions for its federal clients.

Recognizing the burgeoning potential of the Southeast, Epsilon planted its flag in Greenville, S.C., further solidifying its presence as a leader in the IT domain. This strategic move aimed to strengthen the company’s managed IT services, cloud and hybrid cloud hosting, cybersecurity and compliance services, and 24/7 service desk support for government-based customers and commercial clients in the region.

Epsilon Inc. proudly announces the opening of its Lakewood, Colorado office, solidifying its presence in the Denver metro area and Front Range region. This strategic move enhances the company’s managed IT services, cloud and hybrid cloud hosting, cybersecurity and compliance services, and 24/7 service desk support for government-based customers and commercial clients in the region. The Lakewood, CO office serves as the base of operations for Epsilon’s continued growth outside of the East Coast region.
