The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), formerly known as IT Schedule 70, enables us to offer a comprehensive range of IT services. This long-term, government-wide IDIQ contract allows us to offer our diverse portfolio of commercial products and services to federal, state, and local government buyers at competitive, pre-negotiated rates. The MAS program’s streamlined procurement process and simplified acquisition procedures through GSA’s eBuy system reduce administrative burdens for both us and our government customers. With an initial 5-year period and potential extensions up to 20 years, MAS provides us with a stable platform to grow our public sector business. By participating in MAS, we gain increased visibility through GSA Advantage! and access to a wide range of business opportunities, positioning Epsilon as a trusted partner for government agencies seeking innovative solutions across various categories.

The GSA Veterans Technology Services 2 (VETS 2) contract is a crucial opportunity to deliver customized IT services to federal agencies. With a $6.1 billion ceiling and a 10-year performance period, VETS 2 allows us to offer a wide range of IT solutions, including data management, IT security, software development, and systems design. This multiple-award IDIQ contract not only helps agencies meet their socioeconomic goals but also streamlines procurement through GSA’s eBuy system. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), VETS 2 enhances our visibility and positions us as a preferred partner for federal IT modernization projects, leveraging our expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.

The SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) contract as a pivotal opportunity to provide comprehensive engineering and program management support services to the Navy. This multiple-award IDIQ contract, with a performance period from January 2019 to January 2029, covers 23 functional areas, including engineering, financial management, and program management. SeaPort-NxG enables us to deliver a wide range of services such as software engineering, system design, quality assurance, and logistics support. By participating in this contract vehicle, we can efficiently compete for task orders, enhance our visibility within the Navy, and contribute to the Navy’s mission with innovative and effective solutions.

The FAA ITIPPS is a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that aims to streamline IT procurement processes by consolidating at least 70 predecessor contracts into a single mechanism. The contract covers a wide range of non-National Airspace System IT services and solutions, including application and technology modernization, email, instant messaging, information security, network storage, help desk, mobility, enterprise software, and collaboration tools. ITIPSS supports the FAA’s strategic initiatives and facilitates the implementation of innovative solutions for enterprise-wide business systems, allowing the agency to efficiently acquire IT services while promoting competition among awardees for specific task orders.

The USDA Stratus contract is a strategic opportunity to deliver advanced cloud solutions to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. This multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supports USDA’s cloud adoption and IT modernization efforts. Stratus allows us to provide a range of cloud services, including infrastructure, platform, and software as a service (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient IT operations. By leveraging Stratus, we can help USDA enhance its digital capabilities, streamline operations, and achieve its mission-critical objectives with innovative cloud technologies.
